• Federal Express Ground and U.S. Postal Service are our Standard Shipping Methods.
  
• In-stock items generally leave our warehouse 2-4 business days after we receive your order.
• Orders ship from our warehouse in Northern California, Monday-Friday.
  (To expedite an order we may have a supplier "drop-ship" an item directly to you.)

for Delivery to Continental U.S.:

Up to $25 = $6.95
$25.01 - $45 = $7.95
$45.01 - $60 = $8.95
$60.01 - $75 = $9.95
$75.01 - $90 = $11.50
$90.01 - $100 = $12.95
Over $100 = $15.95

Shipping & Handling Charges
Outside of the Continental U.S.:

• Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories and APO/FPO,
  add $8 to Standard Shipping.
• International Orders and Shipping
  Orders to addresses outside of the U.S. will be notified via email of current
  (and ever-changing) shipping charges. We will wait for your approval of these
  costs before processing your order.

Express Delivery options are available to U.S. street addresses only, no P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO, and are delivered Monday - Friday.



• Overnight Shipping
  Add $30.00 to regular Shipping Charges for Overnite Delivery.
  Allow 1-2 days for processing your order. Delivery date is calculated by counting the day AFTER
  the shipment leaves our warehouse as Day 1. Back-ordered items on an Overnight Delivery will be shipped via Federal Express Ground or Priority Mail when they become available. You must provide a street address for Overnight Deliveries.
  
• 2-Day Shipping Add $19.00 to regular Shipping Charges for 2-Day Express Delivery.
  Allow 1-2 days for processing your order. Delivery date is calculated by counting the day AFTER
  the shipment leaves our warehouse as Day 1. Back-ordered items on a 2-Day Express Delivery will
  be shipped via Federal Express Ground or Priority Mail when they become available. You must provide a street address for 2-Day Deliveries.
  
• 3-Day Shipping
  Add $12.00 to regular Shipping Charges for 3-Day Express Delivery.
  Allow 1-2 days for processing your order. Delivery date is calculated by counting the day AFTER
  the shipment leaves our warehouse as Day 1. Back-ordered items on a 3-Day Express Delivery will
  be shipped via Federal Express Ground or Priority Mail when they become available. We must have a street address for 3-Day Deliveries.

Returns
Send your return to us via the shipper of your choice.
