Our friendly, helpful (and Catholic!) staff is happy to answer questions about our products and services, take your order, check on existing orders, help you with a gift selection, and even tell you about some of our favorite items. We like to assist you personally and can do so when you call between 9am and 4pm PT, Monday - Friday. After hours and on weekends our Answering Service is on call to take orders and customer-service related messages. By Phone Call us at 1-800-363-2233, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. One of our energetic staff will assist you personally when you phone in on Monday-Friday, between 9am and 4pm, PT. After hours and on weekends our Answering Service is standing by to take your order.
Mail It! When you mail in your order please be sure to give us your phone number and/or email. We often need to either get clarification on an order, or to give info about product availability. If you have a Catholic Child print catalog you can use the order form you'll find on the back page. Or you can print out your completed order from your Shopping Basket, here online. Bill-to name & address (and Ship-to name & address if it is different than Bill-to)
Item number, description, quantity & price
Credit Card number & expiration date for payment of your FAXed order
Telephone number (in case we need to give or get information about your order)
BACKORDERS Try as we may, sometimes an item ends up on backorder. We'll let you know of the estimated arrival time of any backordered items. These items are shipped as soon as they become available, at no additional shipping cost to you.
GIFTS
Gift Certificates Gift Certificates take the guess-work out of gift giving! And who doesn't enjoy a shopping spree? Catholic Child Gift Certificates are available in any amount you choose, starting at $20. We'll tuck your personalized Gift Certificate in with one of our current catalogs and send it off to brighten the day for that special someone on your list.
Gift Wrap If you've chosen an item to be sent as a gift, why not let us wrap it for you? We'll choose from our colorful assortment of papers, decorative boxes and ribbons to create a festive package best suited to the occasion. Then we'll top it with a gift card with your personalized greeting. The cost of gift wrap is $4.95 per item. (Some of our larger items cannot be gift wrapped. It is written in the Product Description if this is the case.)
Gift Card We're happy to include a personalized gift card with any wrapped gift you send. Just follow the prompts for "Gift Wrap" and you'll find where to give us your message. Feel free to be creative, there is no space limit for Gift Card messages!
Gift Messages Without Gift Wrap To include a message without gift wrap, click "Ship to Multiple Addresses " (the middle button beneath your Shopping Cart; you need to loggin first). Then you can choose options for each item in your cart, including shipping options and gift message options. The message you leave here is limited to two lines only please, and will appear on the shipping label to the recipient.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY UPS and the US Postal Service are our carriers. In-stock orders leave our warehouse in Northern California within 48 hours. Delivery times vary, depending on destination and carrier. Please see Shipping for complete information.
PAYMENT You may use your credit card, personal check, money order or Gift Certificate to pay for your order. Catholic Child Catalog accepts Master Card, Visa, American Express and Discover credit cards. At this time Gift Certificates can be used on phone and mail orders only. Sorry, no COD orders.
SALES TAX We are required by law to collect State Sales Tax on orders with California ship-to addresses (since we are located in California). If your order is shipping to a California address, please calculate 7.75% sales tax on the total order amount, including any Gift Wrap charges, and all Shipping Charges.
RETURNS We really like our products, and we want you to, too. But if for any reason you're not completely satisfied with an item you received from us, you may return it within 2 months for a full refund, or exchange. To make a return please:
Enclose a copy of your invoice so we can credit the returned item.
Indicate if you desire a refund or exchange (refunds will be given in the same way original payment was made).
Re-package the item for return with care, please.
If you are returning a gift be sure to include the sender's name and address.
